The construction and maintenance of roads is complicated and expensive, and involves a significant level of liability risk and claim exposure.
The recently revised LGM Roads Risk Management Guide 2024 has been made available on the LGMS Member Centre.
Members who adopt and implement standards that are consistent with this Guide will identify, consider, understand and reduce their exposure to risks and liability claims.
