WHS legislative changes from June 2023

There have been many changes in the WHS legislative space recently, with two new Queensland Codes of Practice coming into effect within the last two months and 31 recommendations accepted from Safe Work Australia’s 2018 review of the model WHS laws. All of these instruments will require careful review and changes to your WHS management systems.
