Risk & Resilience Coordinator Program
LGMS members also have access to our Risk & Resilience Coordinator Program, providing tailored, practical support to help councils develop, implement and review their enterprise risk management approach.
Our Risk & Resilience Coordinators work alongside councils across strategy, operations and governance, helping to identify key exposures and opportunities, strengthen risk frameworks, develop risk appetite and profiles, plan risk treatments and resilience initiatives, and build risk capability across the organisation.
The program also helps build risk intelligence and capability across Queensland local government through industry collaboration, events, webinars, roundtables, the Local Government Risk Management Focus Group and the LGMS Risk Aware Podcast.
