LGMS at LGMA

LGMS was a proud sponsor of the recent LGMA Annual Conference in Cairns. The LGMS team were on hand to speak with delegates about the services and benefits of being a member of the LGMS mutual schemes.

Terry Brennan, CEO of Burdekin Shire Council is the LGMA representative on the LGM Board of Management and is also a LGW Management Committee member. He had the opportunity of presenting an LGMS update and introducing the closing session speaker.

LGMS also sponsored a networking drinks event with CEOs and Directors from Councils throughout Queensland along with colleagues from LGAQ, Local Buy and Peak Services.

Great work by the LGMA events team in facilitating a great conference, it was so good to catch up and see eveyrone in person this year!
