LGW Mutual Risk Obligations Program - Update
The LGW Mutual Risk Obligations Program is a great opportunity for the scheme to collaborate with member Councils. An important component of the program is the development of a contemporary Local Government - Safety Management System and LGW is keen to work with members to ensure we achieve our shared objectives.
As previously advised the LGW Management Committee recently appointed Kitney Occupational Health & Safety to develop a contemporary LGW Safety Management System to support the Mutual Risk Obligations Program (to replace Safeplan). A key element of the Local Government - Safety Management System Framework will be to ensure it is aligned to ISO45001 and the National Self-Insurers WHS Management System Audit Tool.
